HP Envy Leap Motion SE

HP’s latest venture sees the incorporation of motion-gesture control into its favorable Envy laptop model. The HP Envy 17 Leap Motion Special Edition is the first computer to become embedded with gesture control, allowing users with just their hand movements to interact with the device. Along with the touchpad and touchscreen found on the model, the integrated motion-gesture control enables the HP Envy 17 Leap Motion SE to provide a new and intriguing computer interaction, marking the evolution of HP products. Although the newly designed Leap Motion technology has significantly reduced in size, HP assure it offers the same precision and power as its previous USB connector controller. This latest design laptop also comes equipped with Leap Motion’s app store, Airspace, featuring many entertaining apps and games for 3D motion enabled software, allowing users to use 3D space to control 3D objects.

The laptop itself is equipped with a 4th generation Intel Core i7 CPU processor, possessing a full HD 17.3 inch display and the latest NVIDIA graphics. The aluminium design boasts a backlit keyboard for easier use and integrates Beats audio speakers to enhance user’s listening experience.

Released in October, the HP Envy 17 Leap Motion will lead the integration of touchless technology into portable computer devices.
